General Policies

Reservations

  • Reservations with four or more days before the event are recommended.
  • To reserve you must place 1/3 down or place credit card deposit for reservations to be valid.
  • Reservations can be made with credit card by phone at (912) 285 - 8844 or you must visit or mail us to place 1/3 cash or check deposit.
  • Any reservations made without payment or deposit are not guaranteed, unless management approval.

Deposits and Payment

  • Deposits will be required before delivery.
  • Balance in due in full on or before the day of rental.
  • We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card.

Delivery, Pickup, and Setup

  • Delivery, pickup, and setup are $25 for Waycross, GA, and Blackshear, GA
  • Delivery items will require a person over the age of 18 present at the time of delivery.
  • Delivery, pickup, and setup are available for a fee outside the above areas. Please call or check here for prices.
  • Some items may require an additional setup fee, not included in delivery fee. You will be notified before reservations or rental.
  • Deliveries, pickup, and setup are made Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Any deliveries made before or after will be subject to an additional fee of $50. Unless Management approval.
  • Some rental equipment require delivery, pickup, and setup. You will be notified before reservation or rental.
  • Delivery, and pickup times are not exact. Factors such as traffic and delays with other deliveries may effect your delivery. Even though we try to contact customers in the event of a delay, please allow for such delays.
  • Setup area must be accessible by truck. If not accessible there will be a minimun of $100 fee added.
Inflatable Requirements
The following must be met before an inflatable will be setup.
  • An electrical outlet must be located within 100 feet of setup.
  • Inflatable should be setup on a flat surface, slight inclines are ok.
  • Adequate space is a must. All inflatable require 6 additional feet from the size listed. Please ask our staff if your not sure of the size.
  • Upon setup if the above conditions are not met, and we are unable to setup the inflatable. There will be NO REFUNDS or CREDITS given.
Rain and Hazardous Weather Guarantee
 
While weather seems to come and go you can rest assured that we know the you cannot control the weather.
  • In the event of rain or hazardous weather you will receive a phone call on the morning of the rental. You will be given a chance to cancel and receive a full refund or full credit.
  • If you ok the delivery, and upon delivery you cancel due to rain. We will keep your deposit (1/3 of rental) and full delivery charge.
  • ... And Bounce will reserve the right to cancel in the event of rain or hazardous weather. Upon cancel from ...And Bounce you will receive full refund or full credit for the amount.
